Me4-cl type 2 sensor is a constant potential electrolysis type CL2 sensor. CL2 and O2 undergo corresponding reduction and oxidation reactions on the working electrode and the opposite electrode and release corresponding charges to form a current. The current is proportional to the gas concentration and follows Faraday's law. The concentration of CL2 can be determined by testing the current.
